Q: When will I receive my order?
You will be notified when your order has been shipped with the tracking information. Please regularly check the tracking information to help a smooth delivery process.
Shipping aims:
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days. Shipping times vary depending on countries. The shipping times below are only approximations and we can not guarantee delivery times and shipping may get delayed due to other factors out of our control:
- UK delivery aim: 2-3 working days (from the dispatch date)
- Europe delivery aim (following dispatch): 10-14 working days
- Worldwide delivery aim (following dispatch): 14-24 working days

Q: How much will shipping cost?
For a limited time only we are providing free shipping to UK customers for single item orders.
Shipping for orders outside the UK is calculated at checkout (per item) and varies for each country. We have discounted wherever we can to make our items as accessible as possible.
Q: Will I have to pay Duties & Taxes?
The publications are produced in and shipped from the UK. Before receiving your goods, you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duties and this is your responsibility. Archisource is not responsible and will not reimburse any additional duties or taxes imposed on the goods delivered to you.

Q: What's the print quality?
We have worked with leading print manufacturers to produce high quality publications. Our books are printed on high quality art book paper and you will feel the difference in quality from other standard publications.

Q: What do I do if I want to return an item?
We hope that you will love the items but if you have any issues, please email orders@store.archisource.org in the first instance and we will try and resolve the issue for you. We are unable to accept or returns or refunds on digital items. Please see our full returns policy here.
